The Health Medicine Forum Presents
When Purpose Finds You”
at the Lesher Center for the Arts

Walnut Creek, CA – Health Medicine Forum (HMF) kicks off their first event of 2009 at the Lesher Arts Center in Walnut Creek on Monday, June 15, from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Opportunity to network from 6:30-7:15 pm. Presentations begin at 7:15 pm.

“When Purpose Finds You” will be presented by Dixon T. de Leña & Len Saputo, MD.  Dixon de Leña (bio) is a consultant and coach to executives and senior managers in almost every major industry group in the Fortune 50/500. He has helped companies re-purpose themselves after acquisitions, mergers, downsizings and after adopting new strategies.  Len Saputo, MD, founder of the Health Medicine Forum, is a health educator, motivational speaker, medical editor and writer, television and radio personality, and twice world champion senior singles tennis player.

This event is part of HMF’s “Rethinking Wellness” series which will follow with nine more topics of wellness focused events at the Lesher Arts Center through May 2010.

“When Purpose Finds You” will explore the road to finding meaningful purpose, which is as unique as each individual. Yet it is our intent regardless of the particular nature of our path, to arrive at the same place. The ability to find or sense one’s purpose (individual, group, or company) is a natural outcome of a adopting a larger wisdom perspective.  Fortunately, this larger wisdom perspective is something we can develop and cultivate, for ourselves and in our communities especially during this era of great change.

The Health Medicine Forum is a non profit educational foundation of healthcare providers and community leaders dedicated to producing educational events, certification programs, Integral Healing Groups and to the advancement of Integral Health Medicine which is based on integrative, holistic, preventive, person-centered care.
